Enjoy High River Alberta AAA beef filet mignon rolled in mushroom duxelles and prosciutto, encased in a flakey, golden brown puff pastry crust. Served with peppercorn sauce, pomme puree, and seasonal vegetables. Available in the Lakeside Dining Room only.
