Did you know that Hotel Eldorado was established in 1926 by Countess Bubna, an aristocratic English Woman with a pioneering spirit? Continuing her legacy, this exclusive menu has been crafted by our talented in-house chef, Kohinoor Gautam, pairing exquisite flavors with some of the world’s finest whiskies, presented by Brand Ambassador, Emma Coady.
