Position: Head Mixologist

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager

Status: Management, Full-time, Permanent

Our  Head Mixologist is responsible for overseeing the operations of the lounge, providing daily supervision and direction of the food and beverage service staff, while interacting with guests to ensure a positive guest experience. This position is also responsible for cocktail menu creation and  completing other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager. The successful candidate will have a minimum two years Mixologist and Food and Beverage leadership experience in a similar environment.  Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
