Position: Executive Sous Chef

Status: Full-time, Permanent, Salary

Reports to: Executive Chef


Position Summary

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the preparation of high quality meals in accordance with company standards, menu specifications and production schedules. This position is also responsible for overseeing kitchen staff in the preparation of meals, while meeting required safety, hygiene and quality standards. The Executive Sous Chef will be working closely with the Executive Chef and will assume the lead role in the absence of the Executive Chef. The successful candidate will be an experienced culinary star with proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise the production of quality cuisine in a high volume environment.
